V4 Holiday Home in Monchique, located in Vale de Figueiras, 30 kms from Praia da Rocha in Portimão, 8 kms from the village of Monchique. Calm and privileged area. Featuring a fantastic and unobstructed view of the Monchique mountain range. Villa with excellent areas, WI-FI and TV (MEO ADSL System), pool and garden.
R/C - Living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, one bathroom and pantry. It features a BBQ area with table and chairs to enjoy your vacation.
1st FLOOR - 4 Suites.
NOTE: Only 10 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies).
- A deposit of EUR 1500 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut, or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, following a complete inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
- Water, electricity, and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious usage (60EUR for 30 days of reservation).
The counts are removed at the entrance and exit to calculate the consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have this excess amount settled by guests to Nuris2u, in cash, on the day before departure.
Included values of electricity and water, in each 30-day reserve according to the accommodation type:
V4: Electricity - 360 Kwhs and Water - 16 m3.
If the surplus is not regularized, the company reserves the right to withdraw from the security deposit amount.
