Property composed of: entrance with single bed and wardrobe, living room with kitchenette, double bed, 1 sofa in the living room, air conditioning in the living room (cold and hot), 1 bathroom with large shower and hydromassage column, TV and WI-FI and a balcony with table and chairs, to enjoy your holiday.
At a short distance from the flat there are bars, discos, restaurants, shopping areas, etc.
In the building itself there is a supermarket where you can do the shopping for your holiday.

NOTE: Only 3 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies).

- A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, following a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.

- Please note that there is a city tax - Tourist Tax:
Between the dates of 1st November and 31st March - of EUR 1 per person, per night, which is not included in the total price and must be paid on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 7 per guest.
Between 1st April and 30th October - EUR 2 per person, per night, not included in the total price and payable on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 14 per guest.

- The costs of water, electricity and gas consumptions (if applicable), are included within the normal parameters of a conscious use (60EUR for 30 days booking).
Counts are taken at check-in and check-out to calculate consumption for the booking period in question (if different from 30 days, the corresponding amount is calculated).
Any consumption that exceeds the amount included will have to be settled by the guests to Nuris2u.
If the excess is not paid, the company reserves the right to remove the amount of the deposit.
