Description
Modern studio for holidays in Praia da Rocha, with partial river and pool view, located in a private condominium with pool, fully furnished, equipped and newly decorated, just 80 metres from Praia da Rocha beach.
Property comprises: entrance with 2 single bunk beds, living room with kitchenette, double bed, 1 sofa bed in the living room, air conditioning in the living room (hot and cold), 1 bathroom with shower, TV and WI-FI and a balcony with table and chairs, to enjoy your holidays.
Bars, nightclubs, restaurants, commercial areas, etc. are a short distance from the apartment.
There is a supermarket in the building where you can do your holiday shopping.
NOTE: Only 4 people are admitted (including adults, children and babies).
- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a complete inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.

According to municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:
- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.
- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.
Notes:
- The tax is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, and is only charged to guests aged 13 or over, as well as those with proof of travel to the municipality for health reasons or disability equal to or greater than 60%.
- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use (60EUR for 30 days of booking).
Readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the specific booking period (always calculated proportionally if different from 30 days).
Any consumption exceeding the included value must be settled by guests with Nuris2u.
