Description
Excellent Studio for holidays at Praia do Vau, with balcony and sea view on the 5th Floor. West facing sun exposure and located only 500 metres from the Praia do Vau beach.
Composed of an entrance hall, bathroom with shower cubicle, fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, DELTA coffee machine and dishwasher, living room with sofa bed and double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m)
Air conditioning (cold and hot), cable TV (MEO FIBRE) and high-speed WI-FI.
A short distance from the apartment there is a supermarket and several restaurants.
NOTE: Only 3 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies).
- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX:
According to the municipal legislation applicable from March 14, 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:
- In high season (04/01 to 10/31) €2 per person, per night.
- In low season (11/01 to 03/31) €1 per person, per night.
Note:
- The tax is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, and is only charged to guests aged 13 and over, as well as those who have proof of travel to the municipality for health or disability reasons equal to or greater than 60%.
- The costs of water, electricity and gas consumption (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use (€60 for a 30-day booking).
The readings are taken on arrival and departure to determine the consumption for the booking period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have to be settled by the guests to Nuris2u.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct it from the deposit amount.
