Description
Great T1 apartment for holidays in Praia da Rocha, fully furnished, equipped and newly decorated, just 10 metres from the beach.
Property comprises: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, large kitchen, living room with 2 sofa beds (2 single beds together and a chaise longue), air conditioning in the living room and bedroom (hot and cold), bathroom, cable TV and WI-FI, balcony with table, chairs and sunbed, to enjoy your holidays.
A short distance from the apartment there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, shopping areas, etc.
NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies).
- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX:
According to municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:
- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.
- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.
Notes:
- The tax is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, and is only charged to guests aged 13 and over.
- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use (60EUR for 30 days of booking).
Readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the specific booking period (always calculated proportionally if different from 30 days).
Any consumption exceeding the included value must be settled by guests with Nuris2u.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit.
