Description
Wonderful T1 apartment for holidays in Praia da Rocha, with a privileged sea view on the 26th Floor and located in a private condominium with 2 swimming pools, children's playground, tennis court, garden and restaurant. Situated just 130 metres from Praia da Rocha beach.
Composed of entrance hall, fully equipped kitchenette, living room with 2 sofa beds and bedroom with double bed. Air conditioning (hot and cold), cable TV and WI-FI.
The apartment has sea view from both bedroom and living room and features a balcony in the bedroom and living room to enjoy your holidays.
The apartment has a guaranteed parking space, uncovered, outside the building.
A short distance from the apartment there are supermarkets, bars, nightclubs, restaurants, commercial areas, etc.
NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies).
- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a complete inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX:
According to applicable municipal legislation from 14 March 2024 for all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:
- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.
- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.
Note:
- The fee is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay and is only charged to guests aged 13 and over.
- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use (60EUR for 30 days of booking).
Readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the specific reservation period (always calculated proportionally if different from 30 days).
Any consumption exceeding the included value must be settled by guests with Nuris2u.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit.
