Description
T1 Apartment for holidays in Praia da Rocha, fully furnished and equipped. Located in a complex with 2 swimming pools and just 300 metres from the beach.
Property comprises: entrance hall, bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe and air conditioning (hot and cold), living room with double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette.
Living room and bedroom with excellent balcony to enjoy your holiday.
Includes a BOX to park 1 car in the building's garage (basement -2).
NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies).
- A deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged via credit card, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a complete inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX:
According to municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:
- High season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.
- Low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.
Notes:
- The tax is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, and is only charged to guests aged 13 or over.
- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the parameters of a conscious use (60EUR for 30 days of booking).
Meter readings will be taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the specific booking period (when different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation will be made).
Any consumption exceeding the included value must be settled by guests with Nuris2u.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit.
