Description
Two-bedroom apartment 50 metres from the beach and 20 metres from the casino, for holidays in Praia da Rocha, set in a private condominium, fully furnished and equipped.
The property consists of: 2 bedrooms with wardrobes (1 en-suite), one bedroom with 2 single beds and another with a double bed, equipped kitchen, dining and living room, air conditioning throughout the apartment (cold and hot), 2 bathrooms, MEO TV, ultra-fast FIBRE internet (500 MB), WI-FI, balcony with table and chairs, to enjoy your holidays.
NOTE: IT HAS A PARKING SPACE IN THE BASEMENT, GARAGE ENTRANCE WITH ELEVATOR, WITH THE MAXIMUM VEHICLE DIMENSIONS BEING: WIDTH - 1.8 M AND LENGTH - 4.1 METRES.
A short distance from the apartment there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, shopping areas, etc.
- A deposit of EUR 600 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX:
According to the municipal legislation applicable from March 14, 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:
- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) €2 per person, per night.
- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) €1 per person, per night.
Note:
- The tax is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, being charged only to guests aged 13 and over.
- The costs of water, electricity and gas consumption (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use (€60 for a 30-day booking).
The readings are taken upon arrival and departure to determine the consumption for the booking period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have to be settled by the guests to Nuris2u.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct it from the deposit amount.
