Description
Excellent one-bedroom apartment for holidays in Praia da Rocha, with partial sea view, fully furnished, equipped and newly decorated, just 80 metres from the beach.
The property consists of: bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed (for 2 children), air conditioning throughout the apartment (cold and hot), bathroom with shower cubicle, cable TV (MEO FIBRE) and WI-FI, balcony with table, chairs, to enjoy your holidays.
Within a short distance from the apartment there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, shopping areas, etc. (beach area).
NOTE: Only 4 people (including adults, children and babies) are allowed.
- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX:
According to the municipal legislation applicable from March 14, 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:
- In high season (04/01 to 10/31) €2 per person, per night.
- In low season (11/01 to 03/31) €1 per person, per night.
Note:
- The tax is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, and is only charged to guests aged 13 and over, as well as those who can provide proof of travel to the municipality for health or disability reasons of 60% or more.
- Water, electricity and gas consumption costs (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use (€60 for a 30-day booking).
Meter readings are taken on arrival and departure to determine the consumption for the booking period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the included amount will have to be settled by the guests with Nuris2u.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct it from the deposit amount.

A Nuris2U permitiu-nos inaugurar este apartamento renovado, com todas as comodidades e mais algumas para uns dias muito bem passados. O espaço respira leveza e harmonia, fruto do extraordinário bom gosto posto na decoração. Este apartamento está situado a escassos metros da Avenida Tomás Cabreira de onde se desce para o areal da Praia da Rocha. Gostei especialmente da forma cordial com que fomos recebidos e do permanente cuidado que tiveram para que nada nos faltasse. Fiz muitos anos de férias de verão em hotéis de 4 estrelas e nem aí eram tão atenciosos! Recomendo vivamente a Nuris2U e o apartamento Candimar 7 ! |
