T1 Apartment for vacation in Praia da Rocha with sea view, located in a private condominium, fully furnished and equipped. Situated just 50 m from the beach and with a swimming pool.
Apartment composed of: bedroom with 2 single beds, kitchenette with a spacious living room with 1 sofa and 1 sofa bed, air conditioning (hot and cold) in the living room, bathroom, and balcony with outdoor furniture.
Includes TV and WI-FI (MEO Fiber).
NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies).
- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut, or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made within 3 days after check-out, following a complete inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
- Note that there is a municipal tax - Tourist Tax:
Between November 1st and March 31st – EUR 1 per person, per night, not included in the total value and must be paid on-site. This tax applies to guests from 13 years of age. The maximum amount charged is EUR 7 per guest.
Between April 1st and October 30th – EUR 2 per person, per night, not included in the total value and must be paid on-site. This tax applies to guests from 13 years of age. The maximum amount charged is EUR 14 per guest.
- Water, electricity, and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the parameters of a conscious use. Meter readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have this excess amount settled by guests with NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.
Included values of electricity and water, in each 30-day reserve according to the accommodation type:
T1: Electricity - 130 Kwhs and Water - 6 m3.
If the surplus is not regularized, the company reserves the right to withdraw from the security deposit amount.

I'd especially like to highlight the location of the accommodation and the view, as it's right on the beach, as well as the cleanliness and condition of the apartment. We were able to check in early, which allowed us to speed up our day.
