T1 Apartment for holidays on the 1st Line of Praia da Rocha, fully furnished and equipped. Located in a condominium with 2 swimming pools. Sea view and just 40 m from the beach.
Property comprises: entrance hall, bathroom with bathtub, bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe, living room with sofa bed and air conditioning (hot and cold), equipped kitchenette.

WI-FI Internet and TV (MEO Fibre system).
Includes a parking space in the building's garage (included in the price).
- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a complete inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX:
According to municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:
- High season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.
- Low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.
Note:
- The tax is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay and is only charged to guests aged 13 or over.
- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use (60EUR for 30 days of booking).
