Description
T1 Apartment for holidays on the 1st Line of Praia da Rocha with sea and beach view, fully furnished and equipped. Located in a condominium with 2 swimming pools and just 40 m from the beach.
Property composed of: entrance hall with wardrobe, bedroom with double bed and air conditioning (hot and cold), living room with double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette.

Includes a parking space (24) in the building's garage.
NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies).
- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut, or advance bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a complete inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX:
According to municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:
- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.
- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.
Notes:
- The tax is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay and is only charged to guests aged 13 or older.
- Water, electricity, and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use (60EUR for 30 days of booking).
Meter readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the specific booking period (always calculated proportionally if different from 30 days).
Any consumption exceeding the included value must be settled by guests with Nuris2u.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit.
