Description
Spectacular one-bedroom apartment for holidays in Praia da Rocha, located in a private condominium, fully furnished and equipped, with a swimming pool. It has a fantastic sea view and is only 50 m from the beach and with a swimming pool.
Apartment composed of: bedroom with 2 single beds, kitchenette with a large living room with 1 sofa bed, cable TV, air conditioning (hot and cold) in the living room, bathroom and balcony with outdoor furniture.
NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies).
- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The refund of the deposit will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX:
According to the municipal legislation applicable from March 14, 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:
- In high season (04/01 to 10/31) €2 per person, per night.
- In low season (11/01 to 03/31) €1 per person, per night.
Note:
- The tax is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, being charged only to guests aged 13 and over.
- The costs of water, electricity and gas consumption (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use (€60 for a 30-day booking).
The readings are taken upon arrival and departure to determine the consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have to be settled by the guests to Nuris2u.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct it from the deposit value.
