The apartment is located in Aldeamento Turístico da Prainha, on a 2nd floor without elevator, located by the sea, extends for 35 ha over the cliff, with direct access to Prainha and Praia dos Três Irmãos, with small sets of apartments and villas , between gardens for pleasant walks without leaving the resort, small squares and streets with exclusive access for pedestrians. This is the ideal place for a relaxing family holiday or with friends.

You will also find a wide range of services and equipment for all ages, such as 3 outdoor swimming pools for adults and 2 for children, including the Atlantic, in the shape of a shell, on the top of the cliff and overlooking the sea, the built-in elevator on the rocks (unique in the Algarve) for access to the beach, 4 restaurants, tennis courts, paddle tennis and much more!

The surrounding area is quiet, close to the best golf courses in the region and just 2 km from Alvor and Praia da Rocha.

NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies).

- A security deposit of EUR 600 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, following a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.

- Please note that there is a city tax - Tourist Tax:
Between the dates of 1st November and 31st March - of EUR 1 per person, per night, which is not included in the total price and must be paid on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 7 per guest.
Between 1st April and 30th October - EUR 2 per person, per night, not included in the total price and payable on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 14 per guest.

- Water, electricity and gas consumption costs (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscientious use (60EUR for a 30-day reservation).
The meter readings are taken at the entrance and exit to calculate the consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the amount included will have to be settled by the guests to Nuris2u.
If the excess is not paid, the company reserves the right to deduct the value of the deposit.
