Property consists of: 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with 2 single beds and the other with a double bed, a living room with kitchenette, 1 sofa bed in the living room, air conditioning in the living room (cold and hot), 1 bathroom, TV and WI -FI and a balcony with table and chairs, to enjoy your vacation.
Within walking distance of the apartment there are bars, clubs, restaurants, shopping areas, etc.
In the building itself there is a supermarket where you can shop for your holidays.

- A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment in cash, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The refund is due within 3 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer after an inspection of the accommodation.

- Water, electricity and gas consumption costs (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscientious use (60EUR for a 30-day reservation).
The meter readings are taken at the entrance and exit to calculate the consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the amount included will have to be settled by the guests to Nuris2u.
If the excess is not paid, the company reserves the right to deduct the value of the deposit.
